Send a test email

Gmail setup in 4 steps

1. Google account → Security → turn on 2-Step Verification.
2. Search App passwords, create one named “Chat”.
3. Paste the 16 letters above (spaces don’t matter).
4. Save, then press Send test.

Use these in the chat backend

This app never edits the chat application. If you want the chat backend to send mails with the same sender, copy these lines into its .env yourself.
